An independent publisher committed to quality nonfiction — founded in Dallas, TX, 2024.
Our Story
Ephyia Publishing was established in 2024 in Dallas, Texas, with a clear mission: to produce high-quality, accessible nonfiction titles across a broad range of subjects that readers care about.
Our imprint primarily publishes in-house titles across a range of nonfiction genres — from narrative nonfiction and history to practical guides and professional development. We also consider select outside authors and works of fiction on a case-by-case basis.
With a growing catalog of titles, Ephyia Publishing is an expanding voice in independent publishing, committed to making knowledge and great storytelling available and affordable to everyone.
“Primarily nonfiction — from narrative nonfiction and history to practical guides and professional development — with select outside authors and works of fiction considered on a case-by-case basis.”
Ephyia blends two decades of performance marketing expertise with modern publishing craft — built so every title reaches the right readers, not just a digital shelf.
What We Publish
We cover a wide range of nonfiction genres, with new titles added to our catalog on an ongoing basis.
Accessible, engaging histories covering world wars, civilizations, cultures, and turning points in human history.
Comprehensive guides for tourists and expatriates covering destinations around the globe.
Practical books for entrepreneurs, marketers, and business professionals at every level.
Deep dives into culture, science, society, and the human experience — written with the pace of great storytelling.
Clear, actionable books on law, economics, technology, manufacturing, and everyday life.
We consider works of fiction and submissions from outside authors on a case-by-case basis.
Selected titles are also available in Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, and Dutch, alongside English.
Our Approach
Ephyia is powered by the same team behind MixCache.com, a dedicated ebook and audiobook marketplace with more than 21,000 titles. That combination of marketing know-how and editorial craft means every Ephyia title is built with an eye toward the readers actually searching for it, not just added to a shelf and hoped for the best.
The catalog is led by founder Dr. Alex Bugeja, whose own titles include relocation guides to Utah, Belize, Malta, Seattle, and Cyprus, along with historical works on Malta’s knights and churches. Alongside him, contributors like Gregory Evans, Robert Mann, William Montclair, and Eduardo Espinoza have added regional histories and thematic nonfiction spanning Assam, Manipur, Peru, Brazil, Soviet daily life, and more.
Today the catalog spans 2,700+ titles, available in ebook and paperback editions through MixCache.com.
